Create a billing product · makes the Stripe product + price AND the catalog row · appears in tenants' Billing tab immediately
Provisioning is automatic on invoice.paid: plan_core/plan_plus/plan_pro set the tenant's plan, credits are granted on every paid invoice (one-time packs once, subscription plans each month — they roll over), anything else flips that feature's entitlement on. Cancelled/unpaid subscriptions revoke automatically.
